当你一心报名参加某场比赛的那时刻,你的心就跟以往的你会不一样 。你会自己的要求提升。 在动作上的细节,体能上的锻炼,速度上的节奏 都会一一发掘出来。
当你站在比赛的场地上,套路表演/ 搏击出来的成果,胜于败,一切付出的努力都是值得。
When the moment you have registered yourself to participate a
championship, your heart is no longer be as usual you were. You will
upgraded own perception. No matter in the factor of moment, physical
capability training and rhythm of speed will be excavated soon. When the
time you step on the ring, the achievement of form performance/full
contact sparring, WIN or FAIL in no longer significant, all you paid
have deserved.

Chiharu Abe, Japan
Time flies unconsciously, I only met Chiharu Abe-San for twice in his short vacation in Malaysia. He was so enjoy in the private and group training in different location. It's impressed so much of his initiative and passion to learn a new martial he wanted to, WING CHUN. Besides that, we all welcome Abe-San to practice together in the future ^^

Chiharu Abe - a friend from Tokyo, Japan
Chiharu Abe, a japanese from Tokyo who spends vacation in KL together with family. I'm so glad to get contact with him as he wanted to practice and explore Wing Chun. He spends 13hours in total to practice Wing Chun which conducted by me. It's a great honor!!!

Cross leg kick drill, it is the back leg of the stance and yet it control the center of the gravity of the whole body. It kick to the knee joint and below of opponent's leg.

Ng Tian Hoe, the one who is holding the target is a senior of Ken. This is the second lesson for Ken. Tian Hoe has done a great job to guide Ken, although he is not practice in proper kick of Wing Chun, however this is a good practice of flexibility of handwork and footwork.

Keep Chong Sao posture as usual level. Raise up your right leading leg and control balancing by the left leg which as center of gravity. Count for 30 second and switch to another, keep practice for 5 minutes each exercise.
After this exercise trained on ground, next training is, stands on a cone and do the same exercise to enhance the capability and challenge of yourself.
