Pak Sao VS Thrusting Punch Training
There are many kind of Pak Sao during this practice as students have understand the idea of Wing Chun Triangle Concept yet and the routine of Mun Sao and Wu Sao which helping each other during practice. When Mun Sao turns to Pak Sao, opponent feels the only point of direction is making himself backward and not able to stance a chance to move closer to you.
Practice Pak Sao Technique frequently to achieve the status of "FEEL" when you able to believe yourself to close your eyes.

Practical Wing Chun Handwork and Stance

Thrusting Punch Training
Samantha Saw and Karen Wong are the partners in the training today. Samantha is holding the target in front of her right chest, Karen practices Forward Stance Thursting Punch to hit the target. This practice trained the flexibility of handwork and stance, alignment of Thrusting Punch posture and power. Besides that, Samantha has to feel Karen's incoming force. FEELING is very important in Wing Chun Training.

Wing Chun For Kids
Troy(L) and Taylor(R) are brothers. They are in the practice of Thrusting Punch Training now.
Wing Chun for kids is trained for self discipline, aggressive, obey to command, hands and foots to be more flexible. Both of them learned Wing Chun with Sifu Jiason Foong more than a year, although they are not attending lesson frequently and accordingly the schedule due to parent are not available, they able to perform Sil Neem Tao Form too.
Moreover, Taylor(R) is practicing Chong Sao Routine with elder sister, Tyra(L). He understands about the power of hand work draws from elbows and go from self center line to control opponent power and divert away.

日字冲拳训练 Thrusting Punch Training
Thrusting Punch Training is part of the very foundation training in Wing Chun. This training is necessarily to be practice repeatedly every day, practice with different partners, no matter your partners is male or female, body weight and height. As you may feel different power from different partners, you will easily get notice and understand how to divert your partners energy which come towards you for the next training. Wing Chun handworks are basically come from the routine of Chong Sao. For Instance, the routine of Pak Sao, Tan Sao, Gan Sao, Gum Sao and Bong Sao, the routine of circle have to maintain close and small as to get your movement even faster.

Samantha Saw(L) & Kiston Leong(R) in the Thrusting Punch Training. As follow Wing Chun concept to attack opponent's center line yet straight punch may help you as defense too. Practice with you partner everyday, do it slow and slow and get the routine faster and faster. You shall control your center line and speed as well.

Draw the power from the elbow as Chong Sao Position to straight punch towards the target and move forward at the same time to create more momentum.
