Yu Fai is a intelligent boy, although he has being silent in class most of the time, however, his sense of understanding and flexibility of movement is highly expected. Chi Sao is the most significant close range training system in Wing Chun Martial Art, it's a good time to train a young kid to become better. Bear in mind, martial art is no age limitation!! Practice Wing Chun stance, legs work and hand works movement in a correct and appropriate alignment. Although the Wooden Dummy is taller than him, just kick his leg, he might be the real harmful man to you one day. Kick like no mercy, kick to the right point!

感言

A circulation of life in Wing Chun 詠春之成長與循環
There is always a master/teacher to teach you the technique and guidance of martial art, leading and protecting you like a son of himself or like a friend. Hope you to become a Good Man in this society and grow together. However, like the Great Grand Master, Ip Man to meet a mentor is not easy in his life. Leung Pik had changed Ip Man's mind upon Wing Chun techniques. Apply techniques wisely and make a different to yourself, a Wing Chun style to suit yourself.
Real/Friendly Sparring with teammates and different martial art practitioners are so much different compare to practice and talk about the philosophy of Wing Chun.

Wing Chun Chi Sao - Single Sticky Hand Pratice

Before formally begin to Wing Chun Chi Sao and Luk Sao training, single sticky hand exercise should apply. As images provide, it's a routine exercise of (A) Dap Sao against (B) Bong Sao to (A) Fok Sao against (B) Tan Sao. Practice this routine slowly to understand the incoming force, direction and speed of opponent. Besides, elbow points have to keep close to self center line, soften arm muscle and whole body and get wrist sensitivity higher to reflex whatever opponent does.

Wong Kar Wai - The Grandmasters #1 trailer

Wing Chun Stance Training

Tan Sao Technique

There are two ways for Wing Chun Tan Sao Technique, one is inner and the other is out of triangle. As image here is the Inner Tan Sao Application to divert incoming force of opponent. For instance, Inner Tan Sao (Left Arm) against opponent's right arm, Wing Chun Tan Sao Technique principle is keep arm close to your body, hand open and fingers point to opponent, Elbow Point stays close to center line, and possible to maintain it stick to your rib as normally body structure does, Or Elbow Point may extend like a fist distance, intercept whereby wrist line in between two inches to divert opponent incoming force away of self center line to keep yourself safe.
