Balance & Leg Muscle Training
Keep Chong Sao posture as usual level. Raise up your right leading leg and control balancing by the left leg which as center of gravity. Count for 30 second and switch to another, keep practice for 5 minutes each exercise.

After this exercise trained on ground, next training is, stands on a cone and do the same exercise to enhance the capability and challenge of yourself.
