Wing Chun Kids - Elizabeth
Elizabeth be the group leader and practice Sil Neem Tao Form. Time flies, she already practice Wing Chun a year with me, I treats Elizabeth as my kid, I'm so blissful to see her grow taller and mentality wise.

Balance & Concentration Control by Wing Chun Kids, Elizabeth

It's a hanger on top of her head ^^
Why? First of all, kids is so playful and over active when come in to a group, there must be something to control their behavior, and a plastic hanger is the best tool to apply. Of
course, game come with punishment and reward. It helps kid to control self behavior, concentration, balance and small movement of Wing Chun Principle.
Adult practitioners are welcomed to apply this training too!!!

Jayden, one of the most playful Wing Chun Boy in HQ, Desa Sri Hartamas. To control hyper active behavior, raise up leading leg and come with Chong Sao posture, stand for 60 second for 3 set. Once leading leg step on ground within 60 second, punishment will be actioned!!!

Drill Application of Sil Neem Tao Form
Shafiq practices grabbing opponent from back, control opponent's throat by left hand (Hook) and right hand stay behind his back as Lan Sao or Wu Sao to control opponent's center line, besides that, Shafiq stays self center of gravity by battle stance so not let opponent to move forward and destroy center of gravity. REMEMBER, human weak point is throat/neck.

Wing Chun Women - Soon Siew Choo
Everyone does something with reasons, why does she like Wing Chun? Let's get an interview to her.
Madam Soon Siew Choo, 53 years old. She is a Wing Chun practitioner since August 2011. She said "I like action movement especially Kung Fu category, something sort of soft yet hard, slow yet fast. Just like Wing Chun fit my style very well. I take Wing Chun as fitness come first, I never think to fight with somebody and look for trouble to people, yet, self protection is necessarily in this new generation yet crimes happen everywhere. Meanwhile, the most efficient to my physical is, I have lost weight after few months practice. In the training, there are punching and kicking targets, sand bag, arms muscle training, waist and stance exercise. All these action movement make me feel great especially we are in the sparring session, I love it most! How much you learned and mastered Wing Chun, it reflects during sparring session. Although I have been hit lightly, but I try not to be hit more and more, I have to defense and make myself become stronger and healthier."

Wing Chun Kids - Front Stamping Kick
Wing Chun Kid - Zi Ern, practice Front Stamping Kick Technique with partner.
Front Stamping Kick Technique, maintain well self center line from Mun Sao and Wu Sao as body level protection, front leg (Right) as attack to opponent body, control self center of gravity by back leg bended (Left) and toe point to 45 Degree.

Chum Kiu - Double Hands Grabbing & Kick Drill
Justin Yeoh practices double arms grabbing and front stamping kick with partner, Inacs Chung. This handwork technique exists in Chum Kiu Form, as aligned should be left and right hands, self center line, front stamping kick are in one line towards opponent. Left hand holds opponent's arm (before elbow point), right hand holds opponent's wrist. Meanwhile, both of elbow points have to keep inside of shoulder points, make left leg as self center of gravity, right foot stamps on opponent's thigh. You may see a triangle principle from top view.

Wall Bags
Wall bags are available in my training lesson. There are single pack and three pack as seen in this picture. It fully contained sands. Single pack are mainly trained for handwork, for instance Thrusting Punch, Thrusting Fingers, Straight Palm Strike, Side Palm Strike, Elbow Strike and Shoulder Attack. However, three packs have more functions which go to middle pack as abdomen of opponent, as in Low Punch, Low Hook Punch, Palm Strike, Knee Attack, Front Kick, Side Kick. Besides that, above mentioned kicking technique are also applicable to practice to the bottom pack.

Turning Stance Lap Punch Drill
Shafiq practices Turning Stance Lap Punch Drill with partner, Eddie Chua. As above drill posture, Lap Sao, Punch and Center Line are in lined. Lao Dao, such a grabbing technique that holding by 4 fingers but thumb, it's to prevent opponent to pull you over, destroy your balance and attack out of sudden.
Bear in mind, Lap Sao would not be grabbed by fingers, keep elbow point stick to body and control opponent's center of gravity by own turning stance.

Turning Stance Lap Punch Drill
Madam Soon practices Turning Stance Lap Punch with partner, Khai Mun. Khai Mun applied step forward and Pak Punch to attack Madam Soon, when her hand received an incoming force by Khai Mun's Pak Sao, she turned stance to divert it and applies Lao Sao and punch at the same time.
Elbow Strike Drill
Elbow Strike Drill is a shorter distance attack technique compare to straight punch. Control opponent incoming force by Wu Sao to Pak Sao application, step forward and Elbow Strike at the same time to hit opponent head. From the correct posture, Elbow Point, Wu Sao and self Center Line are in lined.
