Huen Sao is a handwork to reposition technique to find a new attack line towards the opponent or defensive purposes. Practice Huen Sao slowing to get 360 degree routine and train the muscle of your arm also. Bear in mind, when doing this practice, the elbow point has to keep close to your center line and never straighten your arm as lost the function of purpose.
Closing of Particular Huen Sao in Wing Chun Form by Sifu Jiason Foong (W...
How to do the closing of this particular Huen Sao? It is very much depend on the elbow point and arm alignment. Arm has to be straighten, free your wrist and adjust palm face to yourself, slowly twist and make a circle, it begins from center line and eventually make a fist. You will not feeling comfortable to do this step when elbow point and arm alignment is still like a Tan Sao posture.

My Words For Wing Chun
All instruction in training has to be follow step by step to achieve to the max. Although you have practice certain techniques for quite some time, but it does not mean u master it pretty well. Wing Chun Kung Fu is LIVE, human's reaction is more LIVELY too!
Ask yourself always, the technique you practice is in the correct alignment, direction, speed, force and center of gravity?
All factors are related how are you going to do in Wing Chun application. Practice in slow and slow motion to understand and feel everything. The first who attack does not mean you are the winner, the one who still controlling you entirely is the winner eventually.
