Wing Chun Stance Posture - Kai Yung



Kai Yung, one of my favorite Wing Chun Kid. He practices turning stance from left to right and right to left. The practice has to do repeatedly to understand the correct posture and center of gravity. How to make sure you have a right stance posture? The idea is the white line on the ground, it's the guide line.

Wing Chun Martial art / Kung Fu is not only a self-defense technique and battle, it's all about sharing and health to everyone. It trained self-confident, reflection, patient, thinking and respect.
Justin Yeoh is lecturing how to do Wing Chun Chong Sao posture and center line theory in this trial lesson. He is my potential student and up coming assistant instructor ^^

Rotation of Huen Sao tutorial
How to do proper Huen Sao in the practice of Sil Neem Tao Form. It's a 360 Degree rotation of wrist joint. First of all, you have to make your arm straight, palm face up and open, maintain in center line. Second, relax your wrist, hand raise up and face to yourself, make the rotation starts from indoor (close to center line) to outdoor (away of center line) and close fist.

Lecturing of Wing Chun Pak Da technique and follow by forward stance tutorial. How a stance may enhance the force from yourself and deliver to opponent? Is your punch and defensive handwork have done a correct posture? Wing Chun Martial Art may explain and describe scientifically of force and stability.
After Wing Chun technique and Form turorial, there is always a senior guiding a junior during the practice.
