Forward Pak Da Training 进马拍打练习
As a beginner, have to fix your body movement and structure in the correct way by practice the first Wing Chun Form, "Siu Nim Tau"..... Spend some time to get used to your arms and legs "communicate" together to work the Wing Chun System which do the attack/defensive simultaneously, small movement and big impact of the power.... Once again, do not practice in a hard/tense way during the drill as it will easily tense up yourself because of fare..... you may raise up the energy slowly according the understanding of the concept of Wing Chun, body structure and alignment. Eventually, what we want to achieve the goal is to attack the target successfully, NOT chasing opponent's arm/fist/kick, so the Wing Chun practitioner must step in to get closer to the opponent and fight with..... if staying of the distance, it would not have any chances and advantages.
