Forwad Stance & Kick - Samantha Saw

As mentioned previously how important and function of Forward Stance, Back leg is the center of gravity of the whole body, it draws power from the ground through out and stamp to opponent's leg or body. After kicked, front leg has to back to the ground and move forward and support by back leg. The alignment of kicking to the target have to be accuracy by practicing repeatedly, it just like a nail hitting by a hammer, one strong shot to the point directly.
Wing Chun Forward Stance Training - Samantha Saw
Samantha Saw practices Forward Stance step by step. Front and Back leg have to move smoothly and naturally. Alignment of Chong Sao, body, hip and stance are equally in the Wing Chun Triangle Concept. As i always emphasizes, Back leg is very important to draw the force to move forward and keep you stable. A testimonial have done, a man who is 75kg to lean on her Chong Sao and try to push her away, unfortunately he is not successful. And this method had bring Samantha a big surprise.
